Each journey is individually curated, with pricing reflecting your choice of 4-star or 5-star accommodations, travel dates, and the number of guests. All prices are based on double occupancy. For guests who prefer complete privacy, a single supplement applies.
Day tour pricing is available per person on each experience page.
Once the journey is confirmed, a 50% advance payment ensures your reservation. The remaining balance may be settled in installments and must be fully paid no later than one month prior to departure.
Payments can be made in EUR, USD, AUD, or THB via bank transfer or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional commission fee. A confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received in our bank account.
Cancellation conditions vary according to the timing of the request. For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance, especially if there are potential uncertainties such as family or health-related situations.
Entry requirements vary by country and nationality. For guidance, we will inform you if a visa may be required. Final responsibility for obtaining the correct documentation remains with each traveler, and we encourage confirming requirements well in advance of departure.
International flights are not included, allowing you flexibility in choosing your preferred airline and schedule. We are happy to assist with flight arrangements upon request, or you may book independently.

Yes. You will be accompanied by certified local guides during scheduled excursions, with our on-site logistics team overseeing every detail. On free days, you are free to explore independently, with 24/7 emergency WhatsApp support available. From arrival to departure, you travel with ease and confidence.
